to step into a leadership role and partnership track. As a senior partner transitions toward retirement, this is a

to take the lead on a well-established, high-value practice that has been cultivated over decades. You’ll inherit a thriving client portfolio, lead a respected department, and build your career at one of Florida’s most dynamic and rapidly growing firms. Your Core Responsibilities Lead the estate planning and probate practice while supervising the legal support team. Provide strategic estate and tax planning guidance to affluent clients. Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents. Manage complex probate and trust administration cases. Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies. Strengthen long-standing client relationships with discretion and exceptional service. Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.
