Probate/Estate Planning Attorney

We’re currently seeking a talented and motivated Probate/Estate Planning Attorney to join our practice. This is a key role in our estate planning and probate team, and you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and colleagues to help guide families through important planning decisions and the probate process with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related matters Handle probate cases from start to finish, including drafting petitions, pleadings, and court filings Represent clients in probate proceedings, hearings, and related matters Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents and agreements Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a timely and professional manner Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client service Participate in business development and networking to grow the firm’s estate planning and probate practice Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar 3+ years of experience in probate and estate planning preferred Strong knowledge of Florida probate and estate planning laws and procedures Excellent drafting, legal research, and client communication skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clio, InterActive Legal, Lexis, and other legal tools Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and CLE support A collaborative, down-to-earth team that genuinely enjoys working together Opportunities for career growth and leadership in a firm that’s going places If this sounds like the kind of firm where you’d like to grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.
