Data & Engineering Manager

The successful candidate will ensure the Solutions Development and Business Intelligence teams focus on high-priority initiatives, delivering maximum value to Credit Union members and team members. They will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the Credit Union’s data strategy, overseeing data analytics systems and reporting tools, and developing data and metric definitions. Key responsibilities include: Developing Business Intelligence and Software Development strategies Providing effective leadership through performance reviews, goal setting, and staff training Collaborating with internal departments to gather diverse perspectives on customer needs Supporting product development and leveraging data analytics to enhance department effectiveness Developing comprehensive reports and documentation on software and analytics systems Researching and assessing software and data analytics solutions Required qualifications include: Advanced interpersonal, organization, analysis, time management, and communication skills Detail-oriented and team player behaviors 7-10 years of technical experience in a credit union or financial institution Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field preferred The Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities and is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
