1 Full-Time Role Knowledge Requirements: Technical Skills and Experience :
Demonstrated experience or strong academic foundation in
requirements analysis and verification
processes. Familiarity with the
design and development of architecture models
and simulations, including operational, functional/logical, and physical models. Basic understanding of
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
and frameworks.
Modeling and Tool Proficiency :
Foundational knowledge of
SysML (Systems Modeling Language)
and/or
UAF (Unified Architecture Framework) . Exposure to tools such as MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, Rhapsody, or similar systems modeling platforms is a plus.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex systems and identify critical requirements and design considerations. Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving and verification tasks.
Collaboration and Communication :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to document findings and present technical details clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
Additional Knowledge Areas
(preferred but not required):
Basic understanding of system architectures, trade studies, and integration practices. Exposure to simulation and modeling software and methodologies. Interest or coursework in emerging fields such as digital engineering, artificial intelligence, or machine learning as applied to systems engineering.
