Overview The CRM & Sales Enablement Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by managing the CRM system, optimizing sales processes, and providing tools, training, and insights that enhance sales productivity. This role ensures data integrity, drives user adoption, and enables the sales team to effectively engage with customers and prospects in a manufacturing-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CRM system (Dynamics 365), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all customer records.

Create and manage dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation rules to support sales activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related issues, enhancements, and training.

Develop and deliver sales tools, templates, and resources to support the sales cycle, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.

Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales team members on CRM usage and sales processes.

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and CRM workflows, ensuring alignment between CRM functionality and business goals.

Support lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline forecasting.

Work closely with IT, marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless data flow and customer experience.

Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate product and inventory data is reflected in CRM.

Work with global sales teams and multiple brands.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in CRM administration/sales enablement, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.

Implementation of Dynamics 365 with multi-brand experience and management required.

Excel and PowerPoint experience required.

Excellent communication, training, and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills and experience with Power Bi required.

Experience with ERP systems and integration with CRM.

Familiarity with manufacturing sales cycles, including OEM, distribution, and direct sales.

Certifications in CRM platforms or sales enablement tools.

Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
