No experience or certification required to become a Patient Care Associate (PCA). We provide a paid, comprehensive training program. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring safe, quality care. Assist patients with activities such as bathing, grooming, skin care, ambulation, transfers, and turns. Maintain a clean and safe environment to promote safety and infection prevention. Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition or safety concerns. Apply infection control techniques and concepts. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and activities using documentation systems. Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and glucose checks. Benefits
