This role does **not involve court appearances**, but supports active litigation involving **financial institutions**, **insurance defense**, and **commercial disputes**.Ideal candidates will have:* Experience representing **banks and insurers as defendants*** Familiarity with **local procedures** in New York and surrounding jurisdictions* Strong skills in **legal research**, **motion practice**, and **discovery management*** Background in **consumer finance**, **class actions**, and **enterprise risk litigation** is a plusKnowledge of **auto property damage**, **replevin actions**, and **priority disputes** is beneficial.
