A law firm seeks a tax associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team in Orlando, FL. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an expanding team that serves diverse client needs. The role involves working with for-profit and nonprofit developers on affordable multifamily housing projects across the U.S.
Duties
Represent clients in the development, acquisition, and construction of affordable housing. Engage in the rehabilitation, operation, and sale of multifamily housing projects. Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs effectively. Requirements
Experience in partnership tax and federal income tax credits preferred. Member in good standing of any state bar. Education
LLM in Taxation preferred. Certifications
Skills
