BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a tax associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team in Jacksonville, Florida. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an expanding team dedicated to client service. The role involves working with for-profit and nonprofit developers on affordable multifamily housing projects across the United States.
Duties
Represent clients in the development, acquisition, construction, and sale of affordable housing. Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs effectively. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services. Requirements
Experience in partnership tax and federal income tax credits preferred. Member in good standing of any state bar. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Education
LLM in Taxation preferred. Certifications
Skills
