Must have these attributes: Attitude - fresh, optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-laced. This is a hand on operation and must be run that way. Aptitude - you need to be able to think quickly on your feet, make smart decisions. Adaptability - you won't be successful flying solo- you will be a functioning member of a team, and you need to be willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time. Availability – you have to be very flexible in your schedule and be able to adapt to flux in business Previous serving and/or bartending, supervisor, and least 6 months of assistant manager experience in a full service restaurant are required for this position. Knowledge of cuisine and general familiarity of wine is a major plus. You need to be a genuine, happy leader, who couples humility with a high desire to serve and please. As a Tamarack Resort Assistant Manager, you'll manage the front of house operations and therefore, prior kitchen experience is a huge plus. You'll build on your skills and discover new ones. You'll assist the Director of Hospitality in developing the Team Members. You'll work with budgets, inventory, and labor management. You will use the tools and development provided by Tamarack Resort to grow sales and increase profits while you grow and develop both personally and professionally. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

If you have: Ability/flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Self-discipline and initiative Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Basic accounting skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills Strong leadership skills and ability to manage train and motivate a diverse employee group Knowledge of computers sufficient to fulfill management functions AGM requires at least 6 months of restaurant experience in a leadership position Stable and progressive work history Prior kitchen experience is preferred A combination of experience and education will be considered for this position Endure extreme variance of weather conditions, and dress accordingly for all conditions Lifting heavy objects repeatedly along with shoveling snow and chipping ice Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals Welcome / greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needs Clearly understand the needs of your guests and be able to provide service at a high level Full knowledge of all menu items, wines by the glass, beers, and signature drinks QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Must enjoy working and interacting with the public Ability to multi task Must be over 21 years of age Education: High School or GED Language Ability -Oral and Written comprehension and communication in English (primary) -Spanish (secondary) WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Frequent walking, standing, and talking on the phone in both noisy and quiet locations. Important to be able to hear and speak in noisy and quiet surroundings continuously. Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling squatting, twisting/turning from waist and pushing/pulling objects both with and without wheels. Will be working with hands and fingers and lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds horizontally and vertically on a regular basis. Near and far vision as well as good depth perception and color vision are important. Frequent use of senses. OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS

Weekend, night and holiday work will be required. Operation of company vehicles is required.
