The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security officers and processes, providing security, and maintaining a safe environment while ensuring the protection of guests, team members, and Live assets in the absence of the Shift Manager, along with all related duties and tasks. Responsibilities

Supervise programs, processes, and procedures to ensure the protection of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia assets, including the safety and security of guests and team members. Communicate and implement department procedures in accordance with the director and internal controls. Assist in the development and implementation of Security Department training. Investigate incidents and guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and department heads. Complete and investigate initial reports on injuries. Provide input and assist with the preparation of performance reviews for officers. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills to Help You Succeed

Ability to analyze and interpret operational needs. Problem-solving skills for routine issues. Ability to perform duties under time constraints. Maintain concentration for required periods. Flexibility to work irregular hours due to various tasks and deadlines. Report writing skills. Proper telephone etiquette. Ability to read and understand memos. Good public relations skills. Knowledge of state gaming regulations and legal identification documents. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. First Responder certification preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability to work under pressure in an interruptive environment. Qualifications

Must-Haves: 1-3 years of experience in Security or Law Enforcement as a lead or supervisor. Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking. Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other relevant regulatory bodies. Physical Requirements

Alertness at all times. Dexterity for daily activities and emergencies. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to ascend and descend stairs. Work in extreme temperatures. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, running, stooping, bending, reaching. Ability to ride a bicycle and operate vehicles like golf carts.
