Shift Pattern:

This role requires full availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be flexible to work both AM and PM shifts without scheduling restrictions. Salary Range:

$70,000–$75,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications. The Benefits

Responsibilities

Direct and organize housekeeping department activities to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Train Housekeeping Team Members in proper work procedures and techniques. Supervise and monitor work performance by conducting room inspections. Schedule assignments for the team. Communicate effectively to provide clear direction; assign and instruct staff; observe performance and encourage improvement; participate in operational meetings as needed. Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor; listen to and understand requests from guests and team members. Manage housekeeping operations during stress or emergencies; resolve guest concerns using discretion and judgment. Apply creative management to solve problems; ensure compliance with Hilton standards for consistent guest relations.
