Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage. Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage repair, setup of specialty equipment, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project. Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment needs with supervisors. Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process. Perform restoration and cleanup tasks such as water extraction, drying, and site cleanup. Position Requirements: Valid driver’s license Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is preferred. IICRC certification is a plus. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying tasks.
