Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage. Perform restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage repair, equipment setup, and demolition. Maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate safety hazards and job site needs with supervisors. Engage with clients, address concerns, and explain restoration processes. Perform cleanup tasks including water extraction, drying, and site cleanup. Position Requirements: Valid driver’s license Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience in restoration or construction preferred IICRC certification is a plus Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 with assistance Ability to climb ladders and work at heights or in tight spaces Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying Ability to work with cleaning agents Note:
