ECMO Specialist

Shift: Night Working Hours: 1830 to 0700 Summary: The ECMO Specialist position is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), who is an experienced clinician who provides skilled operation of the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) equipment at the bedside in the ICU environment. Provides care for the patient undergoing ECMO support to assure high quality patient and family centered care. Other information: Graduate from an accredited RN program. Must have thorough understanding of Extracorporeal physiology, patient selection, disease processes and management. EMCO Experience preferred. Emergency troubleshooting skills. A preceptorship will be completed. Minimum of 1 (one) year of RN experience in an acute critical care. Healthcare CPR and ACLS is required. Must be current on education provided by the EMCO Coordinator. This job will be authorized72.00 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
