Responsibilities
Assists with the setting up group and promotion codes for mailing/marketing offers. Send mail files to vendors. Assist with set up and load e-Bonus offers as needed. Maintain direct mail reports. Responsible for sending self exclusion updates to mail house. Answer customer inquiry forms from Casino Services and promotions. Research miscellaneous inquiries from customer service “What I Think Forms”. Pull direct mail lists, segmentations, and labels monthly in Mariposa. Pull cash-back mailings monthly in Showcase. Communicate offer codes, valid dates and times and offer amounts to Casino Accounting for all e-Bonus offers. Attend weekly marketing meeting with Special Events and Advertising to discuss details of future offers. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
BA/BS required; degree in Marketing/Finance or related field preferred. Minimum of one (1) years experience in database marketing preferable in the casino industry. Working knowledge of ASCS Casino System, Mariposa, Showcase Query, Sql preferred. Ability to multi-task projects and work and think independent of supervisor. Knowledge of gaming industry preferred.
