As a
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) , your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated classes for
Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams . After licensure, you will learn foundational skills to advise clients—acquiring, building and managing relationships, evaluating a client’s financial picture, and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. After reaching key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client care. We will equip you with what you need as you move through the stages of development. After demonstrating success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to continue growing and deepening client relationships. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the SAFE Act background check; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. Schedule

Build your network by starting at a financial center and engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients.
Provide end-to-end advice, client reviews/presentations, and recommended strategies to help clients achieve goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
Strong ability to build peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Results-driven with a focus on clients’ interests in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual Mandarin strongly desired.
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
