ADP is hiring an

Accountant Channel Sales Representative . This role focuses on closing sales and winning new business exclusively through the CPA accountant channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You will participate in our training program and join a sales team selling human resources solutions to improve employees’ lives through high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. You will be assigned to a list of accounting firms and collaborate with internal partners to access accounts, pull leads, and align with sales reps in related ADP channels to support account coverage and lead generation. You will cultivate and nurture relationships with CPAs, their clients, and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and document them, and you will participate in the implementation process for newly sold business until clients are up and running. What You’ll Do

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Develop relationships with accounting firms through partnerships with internal ADP teams. Educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions and implement a top-down sales strategy including industry updates, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) offerings, and benchmarking. Run CPA experience meetings to close sales and reach goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Help clients understand their needs and recommend the right solutions. Earn referral business through networking with clients and decision-makers. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to accountants and internal partners, maintaining high ethical standards.

To Succeed in This Role: Qualifications

Positive Self-Starter: Upbeat, persistent, able to follow up on leads, manage time, multi-task, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and on the phone. Strategic Closer: Established network with outside B2B sales, track record of closing sales and managing a territory. Proven Winner: Ambitious and able to perform under pressure and exceed quotas. Education: A college degree is great but not required. If no degree, acceptable experience includes payroll, relationship sales, or HRO experience. Military experience is valued.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build a network and use social media for sales.

Base salary offers for this position may vary by location, skills, and experience. The compensation range is USD 56,100.00 – 121,500.00 per year, with potential for additional compensation in bonus, equity, or commissions.
