Drive financial excellence in a world-class collegiate environment. As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial policies, and deliver accurate reporting that empowers leadership decisions. You will partner with venue and corporate teams to streamline financial processes, safeguard assets, and support operational growth. Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal financial regulations Oversee audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets Lead and mentor accounting team members to achieve departmental goals Collaborate with venue leadership to support strategic financial planning Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license preferred Proficiency with financial reporting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Benefits
