Admissions Representative role at Unitek College. This is a HYBRID position with some on‑campus work and some remote work. We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team. Under direct supervision, this position will recruit qualified students for the college’s academic programs in a compliant, appropriate and professional manner. Provide basic information, routine guidance and assistance to potential students on matters related to enrollment and the admissions process. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Unitek College, and/or relevant regulatory agencies. Uphold enrollment standards by complying with related governmental regulations and standards of accreditation, and by enrolling only students who meet eligibility requirements as published in the college’s catalog. Demonstrate positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, teamwork, excellent time management skills and the work ethic to follow‑through on commitment to students and the organization. Use Company approved Admissions materials during telephone calls, interviews and enrollment process. Observe and adhere to all company policies and best practices. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate course of action. Responsibilities

Take inquiry calls from potential students and provide information about programs, entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards; encourage qualified prospects to schedule an interview Return web inquiries and calls promptly with accurate information about programs Make outbound calls to potential students; outbound efforts are a key component of the role Participate in organized phone‑a‑thon and dialing campaigns according to company best practices Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business when not responding to inquiries or working with prospective students Follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule or show for an interview Follow up with interviews that did not progress and address concerns to resolve issues Interviews

Schedule and conduct student interviews in compliance with Company Policy, using approved materials Explain program offerings and match benefits to the student’s needs; advise suitable programs accordingly Ensure admissions management is informed about student motivations and concerns Mentoring and Guidance

Provide basic information and routine guidance on available programs and eligibility requirements Serve as a liaison between student and campus; assist in completion of enrollment forms and review applications for compliance Mentor and advise students to identify skills and interests Address easily-resolved inquiries and refer more complex issues as needed, ensuring action is taken in compliance with policy and legal requirements Administrative

Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity Complete daily activity reports; ensure pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and timely Keep reports current and accurate, including system data Attend and complete required training; perform other duties as assigned Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $25-$29/hr for entry level, depending on relevant experience. For the right applicant, hourly compensation can go up to $32/hr with prior admissions experience in for-profit educational institutions. This equates to approximately $52,000-$66,500 annual, noting this is an hourly position. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience) Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors Excellent presentation skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to work assigned/flexible hours as needed Additional Information
