Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Twins Grill team at Minneapolis Airport in Saint Paul, Minnesota. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks Assist managers in team member training and compliance Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures and operational areas in need of attention, as well as assist in managing staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume Greet guests positively, professionally, and as individuals, and monitor guests’ and team members’ needs within your assigned area Qualifications Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have one to two years’ supervisory experience Self-motivated, with superior organization and guest service abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills Physical Requirements Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
