Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in HR functions such as recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety according to company policies, including safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations. Ensures proper merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, manages product displays, and maintains sanitation and quality standards, including product rotation and sanitation. Oversees order picking and staging, develops and implements processes to meet business needs, and promotes compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics. Leads and participates in team activities, coordinating work, providing feedback, and adapting to change.
