here . Job Requirements Required:
Bachelor’s degree and J.D.; at least seven years of transactional experience drafting and negotiating IP license agreements; experience leading negotiations and advising executive stakeholders; experience in technology transactions or corporate law at a major law firm; knowledge of patent and copyright law; excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills; ability to understand complex legal and technical issues; strong collaboration skills; and experience supporting business development and technology transfer professionals. Preferred:
High maturity, confident decision-making, thoughtful judgment, problem-solving skills, sensitivity to multiple constituencies in an academic setting, and knowledge of research principles and integrity policies (Conflict of Interest, IRB, IACUC, etc.). Job #25053-11 This is a two-year, benefits-eligible position. This is a hybrid role with core in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday; additional days may be required. Pay range: $150,000 - $165,000 annually. Application deadline: 7/8/2025.
