YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with every guest using O’Neill Sales Training to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs, demonstrating your passion for O’Neill products.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, making guests' day better.
Assist your team in completing tasks, showing your team spirit.
Maintain integrity by doing the right thing and following O’Neill policies & procedures.
YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:
You love interacting with people!
You are energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You enjoy discounts (60% off O’Neill products and 30% off outside brands).
You like contests and earning additional free merchandise.
You are at least 17 years old.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
This position can be held as a regular employee or Temporary/Seasonal employee.
