Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from MOVA TECH We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented professional to oversee the development and management of key accounts in the North American market, driving growth of our lawn and garden equipment business in mainstream retail channels. This role will focus on building deep partnerships with core key clients, executing strategic decisions, and enhancing brand competitiveness through market insights and localized operations. Key Responsibilities Key Account Development & Management Drive sales growth and achieve performance targets for key accounts including Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, Lowe's, and Sam's Club. Establish and maintain long-term strategic client partnerships, ensuring alignment of cooperation with the company’s organizational goals. Strategic Execution Implement the company’s strategic decisions to ensure effective rollout across North American markets. Client Engagement & Field Operations Conduct regular business travel to client offices, retail channels, and stores to monitor sales performance and provide feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities. Localization & Brand Building Lead product localization efforts, including channel product training, new product launch support, and coordination of marketing activities. Oversee in-store display optimization and ensure brand consistency across retail partners. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the lawn and garden equipment sector. Analyze competitors and their products to refine sales strategies and drive competitive differentiation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of sales experience in North America, with preference given to experience in the lawn and garden equipment industry. Proven expertise in key account management, with priority given to experience managing relationships with The Home Depot. Strong market insights and data-driven operational capabilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages such as Spanish is a plus). Travel Requirements Open to frequent travel, including domestic (U.S.) and international assignments.
