What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Position and sell products and services to new and existing customers - Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Maintain resilience in challenging calls while focusing on long-term goals - Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry - Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention - Must reside in Texas, preferably near Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, or Houston - High school diploma or GED - Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays - Home workspace equipped with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload), USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors
