What to Expect
Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage challenging calls effectively while maintaining focus on long-term goals
Engage with customers while performing data entry tasks
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster and maintain relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
Must reside in North Carolina, specifically in or near Charlotte Metro, Raleigh/Durham metro, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro
High school diploma or GED
Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
A smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace setup
