Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales at T-Mobile. Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They build and deepen relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions related to T-Mobile products and services. Job Responsibilities
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions to help customers self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app. Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results, current promotions, and updates to stay Customer Ready. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers; perform skills practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, and opening/closing procedures. Carry keys to kiosk cabinets, lock/secure kiosk and assets, and report lost keys or assets. Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty with customers, follow up as needed, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers. May perform price overrides for specialty offers as applicable. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing. Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate who balances customer experience with performance goals. Team Building: Willing to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve customer issues. Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications

DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training and eligibility for hourly training pay. After qualification, promotion to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant and may participate in additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental and family leave, and traditional company discounts where eligible.
