Job Overview
Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $27.95 Quarterly Bonus Program and spiffs Monday through Friday schedule, typical operating hours 8 am‑5 pm Health care plan starts following 31st day of employment Matching 401(k) plan Tuition reimbursement up to $10 K per academic year Paid‑time‑off package Corporate discount opportunities
Responsibilities
Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations and inform Branch Manager Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers, process quotes and orders timely Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests Communicate by phone or email with customers from order to shipment
Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent work experience 1‑3 years of customer service/sales experience Excellent phone and customer‑facing experience Strong verbal & written communication skills Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required)
