Update and maintain agency management and compliance systems in alignment with client information and workflow

Prepare client communication materials, including Benefit Booklets, PowerPoint presentations, and other relevant content

Provide advocacy and resolution support for claims, eligibility, billing, and plan administration (including multi-system reporting)

Request, review, coordinate updates, and track client plan documents (e.g., booklets, contracts, Form 5500s)

Provide general administrative support as requested by the Client Services team

Conduct peer reviews for other team members

Maintain current knowledge of industry legislation and compliance (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA)

Foster and maintain relationships with carrier-vendor partners, clients, and stakeholders

Participate in training and development of Propel team members

Perform other duties as required by clients, business needs, or assigned by the Account Management team

Manage multiple clients, including simultaneous renewals and implementations

Qualifications

High School Diploma required

College degree or coursework preferred

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (insurance industry knowledge preferred)

Applicable State Life and Disability License (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)

Commitment to ongoing professional continuing education

Experience with Benefit Administration Systems and/or Payroll Systems

Ability to perform audits for groups

Preferred (not required) experience with platforms such as BenefitPoint, Wrangle, ben admin, etc.

Knowledge of compliance requirements

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
