Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You’ll contribute in a leading retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers’ health needs. Responsibilities
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating care, and identifying and resolving potential service issues Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks, and card transactions following policy Maintain the sales floor by restocking, updating pricing, and handling inventory tasks as directed by the store manager Support opening and closing store activities as needed Provide customer support across departments (photo and beauty), ensuring departments are stocked and up to date with services and tools Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including opportunities for growth and development Promote and explain CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers on their health journey Required Qualifications
At least 16 years of age Physical Requirements
Remaining upright for sustained periods Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and moving objects overhead as needed Visual acuity to perform tasks such as using a computer, reading, and inspecting small parts/details Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Part time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $16.50 - $22.00 per hour. The actual offer depends on factors including experience, location, and other considerations. Our people fuel our future.
