Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, in a leading retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers and communities. Responsibilities
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items when needed Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager Support opening and closing store activities as needed Provide customer support to all departments (including photo and beauty) ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including opportunities for growth and career development Support and promote CVS services and loyalty programs that help customers on their path to better health Qualifications
Required Qualifications
At least 16 years of age Ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amount regularly to move objects Good visual acuity for computer terminals, reading, and inspecting small parts/details Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

Part time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $16.50 - $22.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Benefits
