What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for ISR team questions or escalations
Onboard and train new Inbound Sales Representatives while providing coaching and peer development support
Monitor team activity dashboards to drive accountability to SLAs and KPIs
Assist with process documentation and improvements in lead routing
Handle inbound leads through various channels and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
Ability to communicate product value effectively
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other tools
Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
Willingness to support team performance tracking and coaching opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or customer service environment
Familiarity with lead qualification criteria and sales processes
Strong understanding of product knowledge across a technology portfolio
Proven ability to track performance metrics and drive accountability within a team
