Serve as the first point of contact for ISR team questions or escalations Onboard and train new Inbound Sales Representatives (ISRs) while providing coaching and peer development support Monitor team activity dashboards and drive accountability to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Assist with process documentation, team communications, and lead routing improvements Handle inbound leads through web, phone, email, and chat, qualifying prospects based on defined criteria What is Required

Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Ability to communicate product value effectively and maintain accurate records in Salesforce Strong understanding of lead qualification processes Excellent coaching and mentoring skills for new team members Ability to monitor team performance and drive accountability How to Stand Out
