Kendra Scott Position Overview As a Key Holder, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences and assisting with daily store operations. You contribute to training, motivating, and celebrating Stylists and team members, and you represent the Kendra Scott culture positively. Your Responsibilities You’re Customer Focused! Model and teach WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality. Use the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a Difference in their Day. Train and develop Stylists to ensure WOW experiences. You Drive Results: As an emerging leader, drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences. You Build Networks: Build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives; help achieve event and giveback goals. You Instill Trust: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures. You Communicate Effectively: Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style; make product suggestions to fit needs. You are Nimble: Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House; stay curious and adaptable. You Collaborate: Support the team in delivering WOW experiences; share ideas and respect others’ viewpoints. You Take Action: Proactively resolve guest concerns and take on opportunities with urgency and enthusiasm. You Display Courage: Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and help others succeed with real-time coaching. Minimum Requirements Must be over the age of 18 Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our Ideal Candidate Has Retail and/or customer service experience is required Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure Strong organizational and communication skills Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style Growth mindset: desire to learn and embrace new ideas Passion for giving back and serving the community Appreciation for our core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy Available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends Ability to accommodate a changing schedule We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
