As a Key Holder, you support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW guest experiences through the WOW Awareness Manager (WAM) segments and assisting with daily store operations. You contribute to training, motivating, and celebrating Stylists and team members, with a passion for driving stellar results and amplifying our brand purpose. You represent the Kendra Scott culture positively. Your Responsibilities

Customer Focused: model and teach WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality. Use WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a Difference in their Day. Train and develop Stylists to ensure WOW experiences. Ensure all guests feel welcome and seen. Drive Results: as an emerging leader, learn to drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences. Build Networks: help build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives. Assist in achieving event and giveback goals. Instill Trust: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow Kendra Scott policies, and do the right thing—always. Communicate Effectively: educate guests and team members on product details and personal style. Make product suggestions to fit their needs. Nimbleness: adapt between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House; stay curious and flexible, learn from the past, and embrace new ideas. Collaborate: support the team in delivering WOW experiences for all guests; share ideas and respect others’ viewpoints to foster accountability and trust. Take Action: prioritize making a difference in each guest’s day; proactively resolve concerns and tackle new opportunities with energy and enthusiasm. Display Courage: set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback through coaching, handle tough situations, and help others succeed while caring for people. Minimum Requirements

Must be over the age of 18 Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our Ideal Candidate Has
