Assistant Nurse Manager Pre and Post Op | Fort Smith | Recovery Room Summary : Provides support to assist the Manager in establishing and meeting goals of Preop and PACU at the Baptist Health Little Rock campus; participates in development of patient care programs, policies and procedures related to nursing care needs of patients. Assists in developing and implementing plans to provide nursing care. Responsible and accountable for leadership and management for clinical practice and resources of the nursing department on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills responsibilities of Manager in their absence. Implement Evidence Based Practice. Other information : Licensed in the state of Arkansas; Bachelor's degree preferred within 2 years of employment; Master's degree preferred in Nursing or appropriately related field. Evidence of progressive leadership experience with a minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. Shift: Day, Working Hours: 8am - 5pm. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
