Summary: This individual is responsible for patient preparation, as well as assisting the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. Also performs various diagnostic tests and patient education in the clinic. Maintains equipment and acts as liaison between the physician and all outside agencies to include hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs and other physician’s offices, as well as with the patient. Supports other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow. Responsibilities

Prepare patients and assist the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. Perform diagnostic tests and provide patient education in the clinic. Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly. Act as liaison between the physician and outside agencies (hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physicians’ offices) and with patients. Support other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow. Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR), required CPR certification required High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab Previous clinical experience preferred This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
