Job Responsibilities The Adjunct Professor of Respiratory Care provides supervision of respiratory care students in the clinical and/or classroom setting. Instruction includes hands-on and theory, clinical management of students, and administrative tasks which may include reports, clinical documentation, and student evaluation. Must possess high standards and will be required to assess student performance on a regular basis, maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Minimum And Additional Requirements Associate's degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited institution and must be credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The candidate must hold a current SC license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and be an active member of the American Associate for Respiratory Care. A minimum of two years of critical care experience required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of teaching in an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
