The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas including Banquets, Market and Lounge within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Coordinate special events at the hotel. Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with food and beverage cost control is helpful. Salary:

The expected salary for this position is $62,000/annually. Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible schedule, team player and dynamic leader Employment details
