Catbird NYC . Catbird, a NYC-based jewelry brand, is looking to hire in-store Stylists to join our retail team this holiday season. The Store Stylist is integral to our store as they are the ones who work directly with our customers, creating a warm, welcoming customer experience and providing our customers with the highest level of product education and styling recommendations. This is a seasonal position with part-time availability and flexibility to work weekends. The role ends in January 2026. Responsibilities
All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customers Awareness of full product assortment and ability to educate customers about product knowledge and styling Style customers based on their preferences and needs Offer personalized suggestions that compliment customer requests Assist managers with restock, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory and visual standards throughout the store Create a positive last impression while ringing customers out on the Point of Sale system with accuracy and efficiency Conduct in-person and virtual wedding engagement & styling appointments Our Ideal Candidate
Retail experience required; jewelry experience is a plus Understands that customer service is the most important aspect of the role Nice, friendly, and easy to get along with Loves working collaboratively with a store team and enjoys connecting with people Enjoys styling and making product recommendations Compensation
