At Mejuri, Stylists are the first point of contact for customers and create a warm, inviting shopping experience. You stay up-to-date on fashion trends, educate customers on Mejuri products, and inspire them to try new pieces. You model Mejuri’s brand vision and values in interactions with customers and teammates. Availability
Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available on at least one weekday or weeknight. Must be available during special event periods including Black Friday and Boxing Day. What You'll Do
Deliver best-in-class customer service by curating personalized styling experiences and providing thorough product knowledge. Drive sales and meet performance metrics, including sales per hour, conversion, and revenue targets. Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and stay informed on products, launches, and services. Collaborate with a motivated team aligned to Mejuri’s mission. Uphold Mejuri’s core values daily: Find a Way, Raise the Bar, Customer Obsessed, Empowered Owners, Just Do It, Humility, Curiosity, Drive Results. Assist in accurately and efficiently transacting customers. Support Omni-channel services including purchases, returns, exchanges, and phone/online sales. Maintain store appearance and inventory through daily upkeep of displays and monthly counts. Identify opportunities to improve store operations and propose solutions. What You'll Bring
Ability to connect authentically with customers and make them feel welcome. Strong verbal communication and active listening to meet customer needs and work as a team. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to make informed styling recommendations. Critical thinking to deliver solutions for customer and business needs. Ability to meet and exceed KPIs (SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT). Attention to customer feedback, trends, and sharing insights with management. Highly organized with initiative and strong attention to detail. Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods. Positive experience contributing to a collaborative team environment. Salary transparency: this role currently has a base pay of
$18-$20 per hour
