Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a highly capable and ambitious Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative tasks—you will be a trusted partner and a key contributor to the executive team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, with strong academic achievements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); adaptable to new tools and platforms A problem-solver with a growth mindset—ready to take ownership and contribute beyond traditional assistant duties. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support, ensuring the CEO’s priorities and schedule are executed seamlessly. Act as a

liaison

for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with professionalism and discretion. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize complex domestic and international travel. Draft, edit, and prepare communications, presentations, and reports. Oversee expense reports, document organization, and special projects. Support operational initiatives and contribute to strategic company projects.
