Hajoca offers a three-year management development program to attract, develop, and retain future leaders. Trainees will rotate through various roles across the business, working alongside a dedicated team handling everything from warehousing to financial analysis and sales. Long-term, successful trainees may become Profit Center Managers, making decisions on hiring, product sales, pricing, and customer engagement—effectively running their own business with our support.
