The Heartflow FFR CT Analysis is an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test that provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow offers an integrated cCTA/FFRct pathway to help clinicians identify stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis. Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team. Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) with global recognition, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and used for more than 400,000 patients worldwide. The base compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) of $200,000 - $215,000. Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure they are successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The role focuses on driving adoption through the network of referring physicians and supporting, educating, and providing solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with primary engagement with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other professionals, with expected travel of approximately 20-25% from a home office. Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key strategic Heartflow accounts; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the organization, including Leadership, physician mentors, and program deployment activities; coordinate with Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development and Clinical teams. Increase Heartflow usage within designated accounts by maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders; educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition; promote and advocate for Heartflow. Track performance within active/targeted accounts against metrics such as quota attainment and growth in cCTA and FFRct penetration. Skills & Experience

Proven sales skills with a track record of achievement; experience in account development and building clinical programs preferred. Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp and convey new information to customers. Strong relationship-building with key account stakeholders, including cardiologists, administrators, and hospital personnel; ability to drive awareness and adoption of Heartflow pathways. Cross-functional collaboration to coordinate field and HQ resources for focused customers and program development; customer-focused mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication, professional etiquette, and the ability to work with customers from diverse technical and clinical backgrounds. Educational Requirements & Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of related experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred. Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology imaging, hospital settings, or medical software is highly desired.
