The company has been used for more than 400,000 patients worldwide. The base compensation range is $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is eligible for variable/commission, with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) of $200,000 - $215,000. Job Description The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the primary face of HeartFlow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of HeartFlow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The TAM is responsible for driving adoption through the network of referring physicians, educating customers, and delivering solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role requiring interaction with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office. Responsibilities Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with key strategic HeartFlow accounts. Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across HeartFlow teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to support program development and account success. Increase HeartFlow usage within designated key accounts by maintaining and expanding relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders, educating on HeartFlow’s value proposition, and promoting HeartFlow adoption. Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts; drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth in assigned accounts. Skills Needed Proven sales skills with a track record of achievement; experience in account development and supporting clinical programs is preferred. Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp new information and disseminate it to customers. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, cardiologists, referring practices, and hospital personnel; promote awareness of the cCTA/FFRct pathway and HeartFlow adoption. Cross-functional collaboration to coordinate field and HQ resources in support of customers and program development; support sales, marketing, education, and training. Customer-focused, with the ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals; knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of driving projects to completion; strong problem-solving under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication. Educational Requirements & Work Experience 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of related experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred. Experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
