The base compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is also eligible to earn variable / commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) being $200,000 - $215,000. Job Title
Territory Account Manager (TAM) Responsibilities
Be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region and drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology by engaging with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other key stakeholders. Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support program development, including deployments with Heartflow leadership, physician mentors, and site activities (e.g., dinners, VIP visits, road-shows, staff meetings). Increase Heartflow usage within designated accounts by maintaining relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders, educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, and promoting Heartflow adoption. Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth in assigned locations. Skills Needed
Proven sales skills and a track record of sales achievement. Account development experience and the ability to support strong clinical programs. Clinical/technical proficiency with the ability to grasp and disseminate information to customers. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across administrative, clinical, marketing, and hospital teams to drive awareness and adoption of a cCTA/FFRct pathway. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate field and HQ resources and support sales, marketing, education, and training. Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management abilities; able to work well under pressure. Educational Requirements & Work Experience
4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred. Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
