Senior Sales Operations Coordinator
is the backbone of our Sales team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will support Sales Managers and Directors by managing key accounts, maintaining client relationships, and acting as a central point of contact for customers. This role focuses on coordinating sales operations tasks, improving processes, and keeping day-to-day activities on track. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Replenishment, you will also track the flow of merchandise and ensure internal teams stay informed and aligned. Be the go-to point of contact for key clients, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process Collaborate across departments to drive project execution and deliver on client expectations Support Sales Directors and Managers by preparing accurate proposals, reports, and client-facing presentations Monitor timelines and flag potential risks early, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving with stakeholders Spot inefficiencies in our sales processes, contribute to solutions, and help implement improvements that increase speed and accuracy Maintain accurate pricing and product data across internal platforms and customer portals Partner with sales on customer pricing and margin goals/expectations Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and compliant processing from entry to fulfillment Oversee chargebacks and deductions, resolving discrepancies in line with company policies Keep track of key sales operations metrics using internal trackers and tools Review deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards and client requirements Stay current with customer compliance requirements and update internal documentation (SOPs) accordingly Support the broader Sales Operations team with administrative and operational tasks as needed Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, client services, or a related administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, track details, and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills: clear, professional, and comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external clients A proactive mindset and a knack for identifying issues before they become problems High level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything from data entry to client-facing materials Experience with Walmart Import Quote System a must; Retail Link, Scintilla Experience working with sales systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Fusion, customer portals) is an asset Comfort working independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative team A flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving This role requires advanced English skills to communicate with international stakeholders. Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
