About the Role Join Signarama Menomonee Falls, a fast‑growing team serving top regional businesses. As an Outside Sales Representative you will build relationships with business owners, property managers and contractors, helping them create signage and branding solutions that make their companies stand out.
Key Responsibilities
Client engagement: visit businesses to introduce Signarama services and promotions.
Sales execution: build relationships, understand customer needs and present versatile signage solutions.
Strategic follow‑up: maintain an organized system for lead follow‑up, quote preparation and sales closing.
Sales goals: strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Marketing and training: participate in regular in‑store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Store support: assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing or construction industries preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in the use of computers and eager to master various software tools.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a love for building relationships.
Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
