Outside Sales Representative , you’ll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors—helping them create signage and branding solutions that make their companies stand out. You will be an excellent fit for this role if you are a highly motivated and outgoing individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. If you excel in building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at recognizing customer needs and presenting effective signage solutions, then we want you on the team! Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Visit various businesses, including offices, restaurants, and industrial parks, to introduce Signarama’s services and special promotions. Sales Execution: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present versatile signage solutions. Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain an organized system for following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Marketing and Training: Participate in regular in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Store Support: Assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing, or construction industries preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in the use of computers and eager to master various software tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a love for building relationships. Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required. What We Offer
